VPS services are eligible for a 72-hour money-back guarantee from the time of initial purchase.

Dedicated servers are eligible for a 24-hour money-back guarantee.

ExtaHost offers a 3-day (72-hour) money-back guarantee on eligible VPS services to allow new customers to evaluate our services.

This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and is intended for service evaluation, not ongoing use.

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
