By purchasing, accessing, or using any ExtaHost services, you agree to these Terms, along with our Acceptable Use Policy, Fair Use Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which together form the complete agreement.
ExtaHost is a service operated by FPM Labs LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
All services provided by ExtaHost are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ExtaHost does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific performance metrics, or suitability for any particular purpose unless explicitly stated in writing. Service descriptions and specifications are indicative only and may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtaHost disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

ExtaHost targets 99.99% network availability. This is not a guarantee.

Where SLA credits are offered, they are the sole and exclusive remedy for service availability issues.
All services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Payments are final, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
By purchasing services from ExtaHost, you agree:
We do not offer free trials. Any money-back guarantee is not a trial and is subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
ExtaHost provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon provisioning.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that service delivery begins immediately and, where permitted by law, waive any statutory right of withdrawal, including rights under EU consumer protection regulations for digital content.
Services suspended or terminated due to violations of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the Fair Use Policy are not eligible for refunds, credits, or compensation.
ExtaHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services with or without notice where abuse, misuse, or risk is identified.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion in order to protect network integrity and other users.

ExtaHost reserves the right to review accounts for fraud, abuse, or high-risk activity.
Services may be suspended or terminated where risk is identified, including but not limited to:

Customers agree to contact ExtaHost support and attempt resolution prior to initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Failure to do so may result in immediate service termination and permanent account suspension.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use ExtaHost services.
If acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
ExtaHost may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
